Prices:

At Zaidi Legal PC, our fees are set to be fair for clients and sustainable for our firm. More importantly, they reflect the value of the service we provide. When you choose us, you are not just receiving a set of legal documents—you are benefiting from the experience of a team that spends the time to walk you through the entire planning process, from beginning to end. We focus exclusively on wills and estate planning. This is not one of many practice areas—it is the heart of what we do. Our lawyers have guided clients through every kind of estate planning scenario, and we have also served as executors ourselves. That perspective gives us unique insight into what works in practice—and what can cause serious issues later. We have seen the kinds of wills that seem fine on paper but create confusion, disputes, and delays in real life. Our mission is to ensure your plan avoids those pitfalls and truly protects your loved ones. Our pricing may not be the lowest, but it is designed for clients who value clarity, security, and advice they can trust. If you want more than just documents—if you want a carefully built plan backed by tested experience—you are in the right place. Because, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for.

The Process of Getting Your Estate Planning Documents Drafted:

We will ask you for 2 Government Issued Photo IDs (front and back) to draft your retainer agreement. Upon receipt of payment and signing a retainer agreement, we will schedule an initial appointment (virtual through a Zoom call) to obtain instructions regarding your Last Will and Testament. You will receive an Intake Form that will ask for your full names, your family status, family members, pets, your financial picture and other pertinent information. This needs to be returned to our office prior to your appointment. During your initial (virtual) appointment, we will verify your ID and proceed with reviewing the Intake Form and obtaining instructions to draft your Last Will and Testament. After the initial (virtual) appointment, we will schedule your next virtual appointment to obtain instructions on how to draft your Power of Attorney for Property and Power of Attorney for Personal Care documents. You will receive two questionnaires that will help you plan for your Power of Attorney instructions appointment. These need to be returned to our office prior to your appointment. During your next appointment, we will proceed with reviewing the questionnaires and obtaining instructions to draft your Power of Attorney documents. After this appointment, we will schedule a date (3 weeks ahead) to email you a first draft of your Estate Planning Documents to review. Estate Planning Documents take 3 weeks to prepare. We will also schedule your next virtual appointment to sign and execute your Estate Planning Documents. We normally give you 1 week to review your drafts and request any changes. After your requested changes have been made, we email you final documents for your approval. Once your Estate Planning Documents are approved, we meet virtually to sign and execute your documents.

Life changes, and documents need to be updated.

At Zaidi Legal PC, we know that even small changes can impact how your overall estate plan functions. That’s why our team conducts a thorough review of all documents when updates are requested—to guard against hidden risks, maintain consistency across your plan, and ensure compliance with current legal standards and best practices. Depending on your circumstances, we may recommend targeted amendments or fully refreshed documents. In either case, the goal is the same: to keep your estate plan strong, clear, and legally effective. While most updates cost less than creating an entirely new plan, we approach them with the same care and attention. We make sure you understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it fits into your larger estate planning strategy. All updates are handled as separate engagements (outside of the initial package) and are priced according to the scope of changes required.
